Skirts are having a moment because I decided they were having a moment, and honestly that should be enough explanation for most of you. A good skirt does more work than an entire outfit built around the wrong pair of pants, and I have known this for years. The fact that it took everyone else this long to catch up is not my problem, but I am generous enough to have curated the options anyway.
